By purchasing a subscription from MilkyBum, you agree to the following subscription terms and conditions.

The MilkyBum subscription is a recurring monthly subscription with a minimum commitment period of three (3) consecutive months. The minimum term exists solely to guarantee a preferential subscription price.
During the minimum term, one (1) product delivery will be made per month to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Subscription payments are charged monthly in advance and are generally processed on the 1st day of each calendar month.
If a subscription is purchased within seven (7) days prior to the 1st of a month, the first payment will be charged immediately at checkout, and the next billing will occur on the 1st of the following month.
By subscribing, you authorize MilkyBum to automatically charge the selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any other charges incurred in connection with the subscription.
You may submit a cancellation request at any time, including during the initial three (3) month minimum term.
Any cancellation submitted during the minimum term will only take effect after the completion of the three (3) month
commitment period. The subscription will continue to bill and deliver for the full minimum term.

After the minimum term, the subscription may be cancelled at any time with at least three (3) days’ notice prior to the next scheduled billing date (the 1st of the month).
No partial refunds, credits, or prorated charges will be issued for any billing period that has already commenced.
Cancellations must be submitted through the official cancellation method provided by MilkyBum, such as through the customer account, written notice via email, or another expressly designated channel. Cancellation requests submitted through unofficial channels may not be recognized.
You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided is accurate and up to date. Any changes must be submitted prior to the next billing and shipping cycle to take effect. MilkyBum is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or outdated information.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier. MilkyBum is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond its reasonable control.
All subscription prices are clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to completing the purchase. By placing the order and completing checkout, you expressly agree to the displayed subscription price, the recurring billing amount, and any applicable shipping costs.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, VAT, sales tax, or similar governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for payment of all such taxes, duties, and fees imposed by governmental authorities.
MilkyBum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute products of equal or greater value, or to delay, reschedule, or cancel a delivery in the event of product unavailability, supply chain disruptions, or other operational constraints.
MilkyBum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription program, pricing, products, or these terms at any time. Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued participation in the subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
MilkyBum may terminate a subscription immediately in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, abuse, or material breach of these terms.
All products provided under the subscription are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilkyBum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
MilkyBum’s total liability arising out of or relating to the subscription shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the subscription during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
MilkyBum shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, war, or transportation failures.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals may result in immediate suspension or termination of the subscription. MilkyBum reserves the right to recover any fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result of such chargebacks or disputes.
These subscription terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
If any provision of this policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Provisions relating to payment obligations, limitation of liability, governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution shall survive termination or cancellation of the subscription.
This Subscription Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and MilkyBum regarding the subscription and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
