Section 20 - Subscriptions
By subscribing to our products, you agree to the following subscription terms:
Minimum Term and Deliveries
Our subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of three (3) months, during which you will receive one (1) product delivery per month to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Recurring Monthly Payments
Payments are billed monthly in advance using the payment method selected at the time of purchase. The subscription will be active as long as payments are successfully processed each month.
Non-Renewal After Term Ends
The subscription does not automatically renew after the three-month period. If you wish to continue receiving products, a new subscription must be initiated manually.
Cancellation Policy
Early cancellation is not permitted during the 3-month commitment period. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription immediately in case of payment failure or breach of these Terms.
How to Request Cancellation After the Minimum Term
After the three-month commitment period has ended, you may request cancellation of your subscription for future months. To do so, please send an email to contact@drewsecom.de from the email address used for your order.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Order number or subscription reference
- Email address used during checkout
- A short note stating that you wish to cancel your subscription
Address Changes
You are responsible for keeping your shipping address and contact information up to date. Any changes must be communicated in time before the next billing or shipping cycle. For address changes, please email us at contact@drewsecom.de.
Shipping and Liability
Monthly deliveries will be made in accordance with our standard shipping policies. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.
