We work with a private logistics partner to ensure reliable international delivery.

  • United States: approx. 5–10 business days
  • Canada: approx. 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: approx. 7–12 business days
  • Australia: approx. 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Delivery may vary due to customs, weather, local carriers, or high-volume periods beyond our control.

3. Delivery Delays & Supply Interruptions

Although we aim to ship all orders promptly, external factors may cause delays, including:

  • High seasonal order volumes
  • Limited transportation or flight capacity
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Force majeure (weather, natural disasters, political issues, pandemics)

These circumstances are outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delivery delays.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur reshipping fees.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Some countries charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are not included in our prices and must be covered by the customer.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, the tracking number will be included.

7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our logistics partner.
